Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Inkeify ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of service
Inkeify is an AI-powered tattoo design studio. It helps you visualise, plan, and refine tattoo concepts. Designs are generated by AI and are intended as visual references — not finished tattoo stencils.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at support@inkeify.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service.
- Resell access to the Service without written permission.
- Submit prompts designed to circumvent AI safety guidelines.
5. Intellectual property and commercial use
Designs you generate on paid plans are yours to use commercially. You grant Inkeify no rights over your designs. Inkeify grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform software.
Free trial generations are for personal, non-commercial use only. Commercial rights are included on all paid plans.
6. Payments and refunds
Subscriptions are billed in advance via Stripe. You may cancel at any time — access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not issued for partial periods except where required by law.
7. Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. AI generation depends on third-party APIs (Google Gemini) which may have their own outages.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inkeify is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting support@inkeify.com.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated by email.
